McGee, 50, was driving a four-wheel drive vehicle when it was involved in a fatal collision with father-of- two Ian Humphrey in November 2003.

Crash driver’s

seizure claim

SYDNEY – A driver whose car crashed into a Sydney pre-school, critically injuring two toddlers, might have suffered a seizure behind the wheel, a court heard yesterday.

Donald McNeall’s car caught fire after ploughing through the front wall of the Roundhouse Child-care Centre, in Sydney’s north, in December 2003.

Two-year-olds Sophie Delezio and Molly Wood spent months in hospital recovering from critical burns.
